Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This page explains how Bloom handles health information about you and your child. It sits alongside our full Privacy Policy.

What we collect

What you tell Bloom about your child's health and development: diagnoses, behaviors, sleep, eating, sensory needs, milestones, therapies, school and doctor notes, check-ins, and photos or documents you add.

Why

To answer your questions about your child, keep your child's record, and make the documents you ask for.

Where it comes from

Only from you: what you type, say, upload or forward to Bloom.

Who receives it, and why

• Anthropic — writes Bloom's answers.
• Supabase — stores your record.
• Netlify — runs the website.
• Resend — sends email, and receives mail sent to your child's Bloom mailbox.
• Sentry — error reports, with nothing in them linked to you.
• Apple or Google — only if you use the microphone: your phone's or browser's speech service turns your voice into text.
• Stripe, Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat — payments only; no health data.

We don't sell it and don't share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can see, download or delete it, or withdraw your consent: use Settings → Delete my account, or email BloomAutismSupport@gmail.com. We answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying to that email.

Changes

We'll tell you in the app and by email before any change to what we collect or share.
