Bloom is a parenting support and information tool built for caregivers of autistic individuals. It is not a medical provider, therapist, clinical service, or licensed professional. Nothing in Bloom constitutes medical, clinical, therapeutic, or legal advice.
Bloom is built from 20+ years of real-world experience in the autism and behavioral support field. That experience informs everything in the app — but it does not make Bloom a substitute for professional care. Always consult your child's doctor, therapist, or licensed professional for medical and clinical decisions.

Any physical safety or intervention information in Bloom is for educational purposes only. Always seek certified training in your area before attempting any physical intervention with another person. Use of any technique described in Bloom is entirely at your own risk. Bloom and Silvio DiCristo are not liable for any injury resulting from the use of information provided in the app.
Bloom requires an email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others or use Bloom in any way that violates these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Bloom. Bloom is designed for adult caregivers, not for children.
Bloom offers the following paid subscription plans:
All plans include a 15 lifetime free message allowance before a subscription is required.
🔄 Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly. You will be charged the same rate at renewal unless pricing has changed, in which case you will be notified in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at . Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until that date. We do not pro-rate partial billing periods.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or have a legitimate concern, contact us at within 7 days of the charge and we will review it. We are a small operation and we treat every refund request fairly.
New users receive 15 lifetime free AI messages before a subscription is required. This limit is enforced across devices — clearing your browser or using a new device does not reset your free message count. Free messages do not expire.
You agree to use Bloom only for its intended purpose — supporting yourself as a caregiver of an autistic individual. You agree not to:
Bloom's chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). AI responses are informational only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Always use your own judgment and consult a licensed professional when making decisions about your child's care, health, education, or safety.
We review and improve Bloom's AI guidance regularly, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every response.
Bloom includes a community feature called Sunflowers where parents can share posts and interact. By posting in Sunflowers you agree that your post may be visible to other Bloom users. Do not post personal identifying information about your child or family. Do not post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
All content in Bloom — including the knowledge base, generators, copy, design, and AI prompts — is owned by Silvio DiCristo and Bloom Autism Support. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Bloom's content without written permission.
Content you create in Bloom — your journal entries, wins, behavior logs, and chat conversations — belongs to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom and Silvio DiCristo are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bloom, including but not limited to: reliance on AI-generated responses, loss of data, or outcomes related to strategies or information provided in the app.
Bloom is provided "as is." We make no warranty that Bloom will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Bloom is available to users throughout the United States and internationally.
