Free Printable Count and Time Tally

How often one behavior happens, morning, afternoon and evening, and how long it lasts. A week on one page.

What you type stays on your phone.

How to use it
  1. Pick one behavior and write what it looks like at the top, so everyone counts the same thing.
  2. Each time it happens, make a mark in that part of the day. When it lasts a while, write when it started and stopped.
  3. At the end of the week, add up each day and bring the page to your child's BCBA or team.
