Free Printable Feelings Picture Cards
Twelve feelings faces to cut out and point to, and an "I feel" board to show how you feel right now.
What you type stays on your phone.
How to use it
- Cut out the cards. Start with two or three feelings your child already shows, and add more over time.
- Name feelings as they happen, yours and your child's: "You look frustrated. The tower fell." Point to the card as you say it.
- Keep the "I feel" board where your child can reach it, so pointing is always an option, even when talking is hard.

Why it helps
Feelings are hard to put into words, especially when they are big. A face to point to gives your child a way to tell you what is going on inside, and naming feelings often helps them settle sooner.
