Free Printable Sensory Patterns Tracker
A week of moments when a sound, touch, light, smell, taste or movement seemed to matter: what your child did, toward it or away, and what helped.
What you type stays on your phone.
How to use it
- When something seems to bother your child, or your child goes looking for it, write it down: when, where and what your child did.
- Tick the sense it seemed to be about, and whether your child went toward it or pulled away.
- After a week or two, bring it to your child's occupational therapist (OT) to look for patterns together.

Why it helps
Kids can be bothered by some sounds or textures and look for others, like spinning or crunchy food. Seeing a week of it on one page helps you and the OT understand what your child's body needs.
