Free Printable Token Board
A big "I'm working for" box, with room for a picture, and five tokens to fill. Page 2 is a plain goal tracker for teens.
What you type and the pictures you add stay on your phone.
How to use it
- With your child, pick one thing to work for and put it in the big box: draw it, tape a picture, or add one on your phone.
- Each time your child does the thing you're practicing, fill a circle (a sticker, a check, a coin on top).
- When all five are full, your child gets it right away. For a teen, use page 2: ten boxes, and a reward you agree on together.

Why it helps
A board makes the wait for something good easy to see. Each token says "you did it" in the moment, and the full board shows how close the reward is.
