Free Printable Star Take-Away Worksheet

Take some stars away and write how many are left: from 5 or less on Easy, with the ones taken away crossed out; from up to 10 on Harder, where your child crosses them out.

What you type stays on your phone.

How to use it
  1. Do the example together: count all of them, then count the crossed-out ones, then count the ones left.
  2. Do each row the same way and write how many are left. On the phone, type it in.
  3. When Easy feels easy, print Harder: bigger numbers, and your child crosses out the ones taken away.

Why it helps

Seeing the ones that go away crossed out makes "take away" something you can see before it is only numbers.
