Free Printable Airport and Travel Day Plan
2 pages · 9 steps, TSA Cares, a card for staff, calm kit, waiting plan
The flying day in nine steps to check off, a TSA Cares box, a "My child may..." card to show staff, a carry-on calm kit and a plan for waiting.
What you type and the pictures you add stay on your phone.
How to use it
- A few days before, go through the nine steps together and look at each picture. After you call TSA Cares, write the request number in its box.
- Fill in the card, cut it out and keep it where you can reach it. Pack the calm kit in the bag you keep with you.
- On the day, check each step when it is done. If you have to wait, pick something from "If we wait, we can...".

Why it helps
An airport is loud and busy, with lines, new people and waiting. Seeing each step ahead of time, and having a plan for waiting, helps your child know what comes next.
